Aging doesn't have to mean aging alone.
Challenges can include becoming more isolated, less available family support, and increased health issues.
90% of Older Adults want to age in their own homes.
That's where Neighbors Helping Neighbors comes in!
This community-based, volunteer-driven program connects local residents with trusted neighbors to lend a hand - offering help, companionship, and community right here in the Wet Mountain Valley.
Our goal is to provide services that help members remain independent, active, socially connected while living in their homes and community as long as possible.
The Model is Simple!
1) A member submits a request for a service we provide.
2) The request is shared with our vetted volunteers that have a
background check and training.
3) A volunteer signs up to fulfill the request & provides the service.
